• Product development is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of APQP and PPAP, from DFMEA to OQC full monitoring and traceability to ensure the systematic realization of the zero defect goal.
• ERP to improve the statistical system of defective product data, and conducts periodic review and analysis of defective products every week, and summarizes the experiments; Establish a rapid quality response mechanism to deal with internal/external bad complaints in the shortest time.
• Process diversity: The company has injection molding, blow molding, hardware, assembly and other processes.
